The short answer is: it depends on where you are in the process — and where you live.
Our cattery is in our home. Not a barn, not a warehouse, not a separate facility — our actual home, which is exactly why our kittens are so well-socialized and confident. Because of that, we do not offer open-door visits to the general public. What we do offer instead is a video call, where you can meet the kittens face to face, ask questions, and start getting a feel for which kitten might be the right fit for your family. Many of our families tell us this is one of their favorite parts of the process.
Once you have placed a deposit on a kitten, we keep you connected throughout the wait. We send regular updates — photos and videos via text and email — so you can watch your kitten grow and feel like part of their story from the very beginning.
For families local to the Cincinnati area, we do our best to organize a kitten playdate at a local park — weather and timing permitting — where local adopting families can meet each other and spend time with their kittens before bringing them home. It has become one of the things we look forward to most, and families tend to love it.
Not sure which kitten is right for you? That is completely normal and honestly one of our favorite conversations to have. Tell us what kind of personality you are looking for — laid-back, curious, playful, a cuddle bug — and we will do our best to match you with a kitten that genuinely fits your family's energy. You can also follow us on social media to get a feel for our current kittens and their personalities before we ever get on a call.
